“So excited! The latest edition of my favourite e-magazine est is live today. Love love love est. The look, the aesthetic, the vibe, the photography and styling, the homes. Whatever you put it down to it is one of my must reads. The editorial crew sent us images from the latest issue. Just enough of a tease. Head on over and devour. While you are there you should subscribe. It’s free and subscriptions bring exclusive content. Yay! And there’s a giveaway! Issue #6 on the virtual news stand now.”

“It’s a great Australian online mag, and this issue will be focusing on Scandinavian style, with features like a Stockholm guide by Joanna from Simple Blueprint, a house tour in Tine K’s home and a great styling job by Marjon Hoogervorst and AnoukB! Here is a sneak peek, and if you like it as much as I do, don’t forget to check out the entire issue here in a few days.”

“I love it! I don’t want to gush too much but it’s a brilliant magazine, fresh and pure, and really fills a niche out there as you’ll soon see from the photos below- it’s relaxed and very stylish with a nod to the past as well as a welcoming hug to the new.”

So excited when we received an email from super stylist Deb McLean letting us know about the launch of new Australian emag Est. Est is edgy and fresh. Global content but put together with that great Aussie style vibe we are all raving about. Sian MacPherson, Editor in Chief & Lynda Evans, Creative Director have sourced the coolest and the best. It’s so obvious … sexiest, freshest, edgiest, greatest … Est.

I looked at a magazine this evening and saw a shoot that made me stop and think about ideas. Only afterwards did I realise that it had been a while since that had happened. And, to me, that’s what online mags can and should be about – presenting new ways of thinking, seeing, interacting. Of course, we all want to look at beautiful homes and dream a little, but it’s good to think on other planes too. I’m so proud to say that the mag I’m talking about is an Australian one. It’s Est. And if you haven’t seen it yet, check it out because editor Sian MacPherson has been working around the clock to create a mag that has something new to say.

Est Magazine is the latest digital offering. Est is a quarterly e-mag launching in April which will also be available as an app with extra features. Est is the brain child of Sian MacPherson and Lynda Evans and joins other notable Australian online magazines Ivy & Piper and Adore Home. Est promises global living with an Australian twist: relaxed, bold, brash, pioneering, outdoorsy, cheeky and resourceful. The title itself points to the direction we all want our lives to go, as in finest, sexiest, greatest. For more details, see Est.
